Along with the GoFundMe campaign link, she wrote on Instagram how Katie’s condition has taken a toll on other family members.

Amanda started the fundraiser for Katie with the help of her boyfriend, Leonardo, to reduce the burden of increasing medical bills. In the campaign description, she wrote that the funds will also cover some personal expenses, such as travel costs and loss of income. According to her, Katie’s cancer has already made its way to other body parts.
